Ironbridge & Coalbrookdale

A World Heritage Site in a beautiful valley, Ironbridge is a magnet for visitors, and with good reason. The ten Ironbridge Gorge museums may be too much for the average tourist to manage in one day, but the museum’s passport tickets allow visitors to return and catch up.
But the valley can be appreciated for its own sake, on the variety of footpaths that criss-cross the Gorge. The museums are also linked by paths, though this is not immediately obvious to the visitor.
Each walk on these pages details free parking places and museum sites, along with suggestions for pub lunches.
